exchanger pipe,food sanitation pipe and so on.Application for variety

 field such as:petrochemcial engineering,paper making,nuclear

energy,food,beverage,medicine and so on,higher requirements for fluid

medium pipe.

line strip steel

Smelt-steel ingot-steel rolling-cuting-peeling-piercing-annealing-

pickling-oiling-cold drawing-head cuting-pickling-storage 

Characteristic of seamless stainless steel pipe as following: 

We see from above the process flow easily, first:the wall thick of

product is thicker,the more it has economy and practicability,wall

thick is thinner,its cost will increase highly,second: the process of

 product decide to its limitations, common seamless stainless steel

pipe precision low,wall thick uneven, bright low of inside and outside

 of pipe,length cost high,and there are spots inner and outside

surface, it is not easy to clean, third: its inspection and reshaping

must solve outline.So, it appear its advantage in high pressure,high

strength and mechine stucture field. 

Third :welding steel pipe 

steel plate>striping>forming>welding>induction of bright heat

treatment>internal and external weld process>moldifying>fixed

diameter>eddy current inspection>laser diameter

measurement>pickling>storage. 

the features of welding steel pipe as following： 

we can see from the above process clearly:first ,this product is

continuous online production,the wall thick is thicker ,the more invest

 in unit and welding equipment,the less economy andpracticability.The

 thinner wall-thick,its input-output ratio decrease ;second, the

process of the product decide to the advantage and defects ,common

welded pipe as high precision,wall-thick uniformity,internal and

external surface high brightness(steel plate surface level decides the

brightness),it can be fixed any length .Therefore, it will be economic

 and asthetic in terms of applying in high precision and low pressure

field.
